Returns Policy
Customized or personalized orders are non-returnable.

On non-custom items, we accept returns for exchange or refund 30 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 30 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is: without showing signs of wear or damage in any way, within 30 calendar days of the delivery date,  must not be a special order or a custom order,  unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than that 30 days noted in that item's particular item description. 

 If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund.  Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. 

Items returned to us AFTER 30 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.

 Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.

Custom Orders

Production begins on all custom orders within 12 hours of purchase. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately by phone at 252-522-1022. 

 

Shipping

Once production begins, no cancellations will be considered. All orders, custom or otherwise will be delivered within 7-10 days.

The average processing time for most personalized orders is approximately 5-7 business days plus transit time during shipping! We are closed on Sundays. 

Processing time refers to the amount of time it takes for our staff to personalize your items and does not include the amount of time it takes to reach you once the once the order is complete. 

During busy seasons or holidays, items can take up to an extra 5 days to process due to volume of orders.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
